Hello, Hey, Hi

Originally from Sacramento, I attended college at San Francisco State University where I obtained a Bachelors in Liberal Studies as well as a Minor in Women & Gender Studies. And here we are! I enjoy creating ceramic pieces with a focus on design and an eye that sees beauty in the imperfections.

Harvest & Hand was founded out of an innocent love of flora & fauna which sparked in the expansive, twisting garden of my grandparents’ home in Sonoma, CA*. Many summers spent gardening, catching tadpoles, and hand picking bouquets for my mom as a child forged an appreciation of nature that still inspires me today.

Time spent working at a variety of florist shops created a desire to construct new vessels and forms. Making unique and accessible pieces to bring nature inside the home is a main drive my in my process.

All products are handcrafted in small batches by this one woman show. Harvest & Hand was founded out of a small (teeny, tiny) studio space in beautiful Portland OR. Having moved to cozy Grass Valley, CA I now work out of my garage (studio in progress) where sleepy pooches, Joni & Willie, keep me company.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, requests, or inquiries.

*I highly recommend locating and listening to Norton Buffalo’s “Lovin’ In The Valley Of The Moon.” It’s the North Bay Disco song you never knew you needed.
